SUBMISSION
The 1st UMM-lcoPAR is an established academic forum for
presentation dnd discussion of interdisciplinary scholarships
on pure and applied sciences. The conference has numbers
academic field tracks, which accept full research papers, case
studies as well as conceptual and policy papers. The conference
provides an environment for promoting and bridging connection
and collaboration of research and scholarly discussions in the
areas of pure and applied sciences. The conference also accepts
work in progress as well as theses and dissertations in writing.

CALL FOR PAPER

The University of Muhammadiyah Malang announces the 1"
International Conference on Pure and Applied Research - 1=^'
ICoPAR 2015. The ICoPAR is the first international conference
aims at bridging the scholarly works in pure and applied
science research. The conference combines presentations and
discussion on emerging and state of the art interdisciplinary
scholarships within the theme of pure and applied sciences.
This year, the conference theme is "Planning for Environmental
Sustainability for the Weil-Being of Future Humanity". We call
for scholarships in sustainability science to provide cutting edge
and innovative ways of doing things to balance the needs of
humanity while maintaining environmental sustainability.
We welcome submissions from the broader domain of applied
and pure science within the areas including but are not limited
to: Philosophy & Islamic Study, Economics, Engineering, Politics,
Public Policy, Education, Linguistics, Agriculture, Humanity,
Sociology, Communications, Medical Science, Pharmacy &
Nursing, Biology, Law, Husbandry, Psychology, Mathematics,
Food Security, Anthropology, International relations, and others.
We particularly encourage submissions on interdisciplinary and
crosscutting topics. We encourage authors to submit their work
in English, although author(s) may opt to present in English,
Arabic or Chinese.
Accepted Papers are published in the Proceeding,
and Selected Papers are published in international
publications Procedia Environmental .Science ISSN: 18780296, (imprinted by Elsevier and indexed by Scopus).

The conference has five thematic tracks, which accept full

research papers, case studies, conceptual and policy papers as
well as poster.

CONFERENCE THEME

Proposal (extended abstract) Submission :

Prospective presenters are requested to submit maximum 2 pages
extended abstract. Research papers and posters will be evaluated based
on the significance and quality of the (1) research question, (2) research
design, (3) methods, and (4) data and findings. The program committee
welcomes proposals (extended abstract) for Research papers that focus
on new areas of research or evaluations of existing streams of research.
Proposals (extended abstract) from individuals at all stages of their careers
are welcomed. All proposals (extended abstract) should be no more than
two pages; single spaced, and should include the following information.

Paper Submission:
Accepted Papers are published in the Proceeding, and Selected Papers
are published in international publications.
The conference has five thematic tracks, which accept full research
papers, case studies, conceptual and policy papers as well as poster.
Submission Types and Format:

Research papers (maximum 10 pages)

1 Poster.
Each submission must not exceed the maximum number of pages
specified in each types of submission. Each submission must include a
100-word abstract, keywords, Time New Roman, font 10 and single space.
Authors are encourage to submit their paper in English. Meanwhile, paper
presentation may be made in one of three different languages; English,
Arabic, or Chinese.

HOTEL NEAR THE CONFERENCE PLACE

Research and Policy papers will be reviewed through a double blind

review process. Therefore, author names and contact information must
be omitted from all initial submissions. Authors must identify the topic(s)
being addressed in the paper to assist the program committee in the
review process.
All submissions should follow the same Guidelines for camera ready
format with author names included on the paper.
All accepted submissions will appear in the journal, and authors are
expected to present their work. At least one author for each accepted
paper must register before the camera ready version is due in order for it
to be included in the proceedings
