CANCELLATION POLICY
The following will amount to a cancellation or modification of a reservation:
a Entire cancellation of a reservation
b Any modification, which results in the amount of the revised reservation being less than
the original booking
CANCELLATION
I
No charge for cancellation 30 days and more before arrival date
II
50% of the total cost for cancellations between 29-12 days before arrival date
III
30% of the total cost for cancellations between 11-0 days and on arrival date
IV
100% of the total cost for cancellations for any non arrival
MODIFICATIONS
I
No charge for modification 30 days and more before arrival date
II
50% of the difference between original and modified values between 29-0 days
III
100% of the difference between original and modified values on arrival date
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
I
KSNP has a refundable deposit of RM 200 to ensure the cleanliness of the
accommodation. This deposit will be refundable on return of key(s) and covers
cleanliness of the accommodation.

Visitors enter the park at their own risk
CUT-OFF DATE: Please be advised that the rooms/function rooms will only be blocked upon confirmation and
subject to availability. As such, kindly revert confirmation before the cut-off date of
PAYMENT METHOD
Should the above be acceptable to you, we would require a non-refundable deposit of
RM2,000.00 nett upon confirmation
50% deposit to be paid 1(ONE) Month before function. The balance payment to be
settled 14 days before the arrival date. For reservations made within 14 prior to arrival
day, full payment required.
Payment Mode: Either Cheques payable to Malaysian Nature Society or Payment
directly to MNS bank account

Do not collect specimens. Plans and wildlife in the park belong where they are.
Do not litter. Bring out your rubbish with you and dispose it in proper bins.
Please keep noise low level. You are here for some peace and quiet. You can tell your
neighbors to be quiet. No radios, PA systems and musical instruments, please.
Do not feed wildlife in the park
Do not burn. Fire when out of control will cause untold damage, even camp fires.
Inform to the park officers of anyone found fishing, trapping, logging, damaging plants and
park property and burning.
