FoundOcean is a subsea and offshore
grouting specialist for the global energy
construction industries.
Our primary business is fixing structures to
the sea bed by foundation grouting.
We also provide structural repair services
for subsea and offshore structures, as well
as pipeline and cable support and
protection services.

Our Heritage
FoundOcean was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in the
UK. We are a privately held company.

1966 1993
Wimpey Laboratories later

1981 - 2006
SeaMark Systems acquires the offshore
division of Wimpey Geotech in 1993
