• Helped grow the company from $1 million to over $15 million in annual revenues.
• In April, 2006 sold company to Newell/Rubbermaid for a nice valuation.
• Instrumental in expanding retail distribution from 300, to over 4,000 outlets, and negotiation of
terms.
• Experience is establishing International distribution in Europe and Asia.
• Directly managed German distribution tripling revenues over a two year period.
• Raised approximately $6.0 million in equity and subordinated debt through the Venture Capital
