¨ Negotiated a deal with Major Asset Recovery Systems to liquidate or scrap obsolete
equipment stored in branch facilities. This created lease space, which generated valuable
income for the entire bank.
¨ Highly effective leadership skills led to a 96% employee retention rate as well as exceeding
productivity goals by 47%. The branch was consistently honored with performance awards
for resolving customer difficulties in an expedient and tactful manner.
¨ Four out of twelve employees were promoted to management positions through my

I have studied gourmet cooking for over twenty years at prestigious schools in Europe and the United
States including La Varenne, Le Cordon Bleu and the Culinary Institute of America.
Archaeology is an ongoing passion which includes exploring ruins and volunteering at excavation sites.
