THE BASICS OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

Every business, activities and actions in deliberately to

achieve a goal must have a good foundation footing and strong.
Therefore, Islamic religious education as a form of human
effort, must have a basis for all activities didalamya.
Basic Islamic Education in outline there are three, namely:
Al-qur `an, As-Sunnah, and regulations in our country.
Al- Quran
Complete al-qur `andidefenisikan as the word of God
revealed to the heart of the Prophet, Muhammad Ibn Abdillah,
through the spirit of al-Amin with the pronunciation of Arabicspeaking, pronunciation and meaning are correct, in order to
become hujjahbagi Apostle that he is the Messenger of Allah,
and as a law-legislation for people and gives guidance to them,
as well as a means to approach and worship God by reading it.
And he gathered in a Mushaf, beginning with the letter of AlFatihah and ends with the letter al-Hoodoo, told by mutawatir
good to us orally and in writing of kegenerasi generation, and
he preserved from alteration or replacement, according to the
word of Allah.

Education According to the Koran

Al-Quran has repeatedly explained the importance of
knowledge. Without knowledge of human life will undoubtedly
be a misery. Not only that, al-Qur'an even me
to be people who have a high degree of knowledge on. alQur'an al-Mujadalah letter of verse 11 states:

"... Allah will exalt those who believe among you and
those who were given some degree of knowledge ...".

Al-Qur'an have also warned people to seek knowledge, as

in the Koran letter at-Tawbah verse 122 states:

"Why not go from each group among them some of the

people to deepen their knowledge of religion and to give
warning to his people when they have returned to him, so
they can maintain themselves".
.
Islam is a religion of kindness, truth, justice, common good and
true progress.

Because that people should explore the

symbolic gesture of religious and educational thinking and we

spend the basics and principles of our Islamic philosophy and
theory in life including educational theory. Because of where
we can address the principles and the principles of the most
:correct. Allah SWT says

Verily, this is My way, leading straight: follow it: follow

not (other) paths: they will scatter you about from His
(great) path: thus doth He command you. that ye may be
righteous.( surah al anam153)

"If not Him, ye worship nothing but names which ye
have named,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah hath
sent down no authority: the command is for none but
Allah: He hath commanded that ye worship none but Him:
that is the right religion, but most men understand not.
( surah yusuf 40).

Among the principles that may be contained in the

philosophy of Islamic education on the key issues in philosophy
are:
1. The principles of Islamic View Of Basis for the Natural
Universe

a. Believe that human education, and depraved behavior is

not only influenced by the social environment, but also by
the physical environment. Man himself is a part of the
natural universe around it, it is impossible to apply their
education if humans do not interact with the natural
elements of the universe to another, with the objects
surrounding them and the environment in which he lived.
Through its interaction with the environment, humans
acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes, and way of life.
b. What is meant by the natural universe, nature, or the
universe is anything other than God which consists of
material beings and not as matter. Nature or the natural
universe that includes everything that made the spirit,
objects, time and place also includes all the systems and
laws that govern nature.
c. Nature there are two types: natural material object that
is the reality we experience, and the supernatural and the
spirit of natural goodness, beauty, and ideal which men
escape from the influence of material reality to get the
spirit of peace, real happiness and spiritual nourishment.
People should avoid using them pembazirandalm turned
into a tool that may dissipate, duress, coercion and
destruction in accordance with the Word of God Almighty :

O Children of Adam! wear your beautiful apparel at every

time and place of prayer: eat and drink: But waste not by
excess, for Allah loveth not the wasters. (Surah al araf
31).
d. Believe that the natural universe or nature with all
material, elements, and elements-elements are changing
and always moving in accordance with the law, and the
goals outlined by the creator and their God.
e. Believing that nature with all its elements and their parts
running under the laws, rules and laws are smooth and
precise, according to the relationships that regularly
shows no unity of organization and make people who see
faced with absolute harmony. The verses of the Koran to
show the unity of form and passage of a statutory basis
and

made

too

much.

Among

them

are:

Word of God s.w.t. :

.1

Verily, all things have We created in proportion and

measure.( Surah al qomar 49.)

.2

The sun and the moon follow courses (exactly) computed;
And the herbs and the trees - both (alike) prostrate in
adoration.( Surah ar rahman 5-6)

.3

Nay, verily for thee is a Reward unfailing:

(Surah al qalam 3)

.4

(Such was) the practice (approved) of Allah among those
who lived aforetime: No change wilt thou find in the
practice (approved) of Allah. (Al ahzab 62.)
f.

Muslims when he accepted the laws of cause and effect

in terms of absolute principle is not accepted there, but
the inclusion of various linkages and exceptions that
cause it more in line with the spirit of the Islamic
Aqeedah. Like the word al-Imam Muhammad Abduh
(1972: 479-503) "It is not all that strange extraordinary,
but the remarkable thing is that do not fit in the prevailing
power and the possibility can not be created unless
capable of breaking something that has been arranged.
He is God ". In the Qur'an many verses that contain the
endorsement of this principle. As His words:

He created the heavens without any pillars that ye can
see; He set on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it
should shake with you; and He scattered through it beasts

of all kinds. We send down rain from the sky, and produce
on the earth every kind of noble creature, in pairs. (Al
luqman 10.)
g. If he is able to take advantage of the results and use it
wisely for the good of himself and others without
excessive, aggressive, arrogant, and mayhem. As word of
God s.w.t. :

Say: "Shall I take for my protector any other than Allah,

the Maker of the heavens and the earth? And He it is that
feedeth but is not fed." Say: "Nay! but I am commanded
to be the first of those who bow to Allah (in Islam), and be
not thou of the company of those who join gods with
Allah." (Al anam 14.)

And the word of God s.w.t. :

Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not

transgress limits; for Allah loveth not transgressors.( Al

baqarah 190.).

"And be moderate in thy pace, and lower thy voice; for the
harshest of sounds without doubt is the braying of the
ass." (Luqman 19.)

h. Believing that nature is entirely new, not old (qadim):

principal and its branches; elements, and accident-jisim
and their accident; the ceiling, the firmament, the
stars, sea and land; animals, plants, and the objects.
i.

The great Creator is God s.w.t. almighty one and single

in the creation and divinity, and nature with all its
perfection and clear of any imperfection.

2. The principles of Islamic View Elementary to be

Against Human
a. Believe that man is the noblest creature in nature. Gave
the best form of appointment as a Caliph on earth to the
earth's prosperity, enforce kadilan there. And others
again of God's blessings for man who described al-Qur'an
in

many

verses

Word of God s.w.t. :

the

Koran,

which

are:

He Who taught (the use of) the pen,Taught man that which he knew not. (Al alaq 4-5.)

(Allah) Most Gracious!
It is He Who has taught the Qur'an.
He has created man:
He has taught him speech (and intelligence). (Arrahman
1-4.)

We have indeed created man in the best of moulds,( at tin

b. Believe that the glory and virtue humans aginst other
creatures,

earth

responsibility to choose and maintain the values.

c.

Believe that humans are animals that talk, able to

converse and use language as a tool to think and
communicate. So is he able to give the terms and
member names to objects and distinguish them. So is he
able to think consciously.

d. Human nature has a dimension, namely the isosceles

triangle. His legs are the body, aqal, and spirit. This is the
basic dimensions of human nature and his personal point
of view of Islam.
e. Humans in every moment of his life and all aspects of
personal, and the symptoms of growth is the result of
hereditary factors and the environment began to operate
and interact since the beginning of the process of
formation, then continue to operate and interact until the
end of human life.
f. Character has a high flexibility and willingness to change
shape in a variety of types, changing and exchanging,
acquire
customs,

knowledge,
values,

habits,
and

attitudes

3. The principles of the Islamic view of the Basis for
Community
a. Community in its simplest sense is a group of individuals
from a collection that is bound by kasatuan homeland,
culture, and religion, the relations contained in the union
that includes emotional reciprocity and common good.

b. Islamic society has a characteristic that menbedakannya

of other human beings is that human society where Islam
is the Islam that is applied as aqeedah, worship, morals,
behavior, and the shari'ah system, where Allah is the only
one who is worshiped and supreme authority.

4. The underlying principles of Islamic View Of Human

Knowledge
a. The importance of knowledge as one of progress and
elevation tools for individuals and society. Therefore, Islam
considers it a high degree of science and science experts.
Word of Allah (Q.S. 58: 11) and (Q.S. 39:9).

O ye who believe! When ye are told to make room in the
assemblies, (spread out and) make room: (ample) room
will Allah provide for you. And when ye are told to rise up,
rise up Allah will rise up, to (suitable) ranks (and degrees),
those of you who believe and who have been granted
(mystic) Knowledge. And Allah is well-acquainted with all
ye do. (Al mujadilah 11.)

Is one who worships devoutly during the hour of the night
prostrating himself or standing (in adoration), who takes
heed of the Hereafter, and who places his hope in the
Mercy of his Lord - (like one who does not)? Say: "Are
those equal, those who know and those who do not know?
It is those who are endued with understanding that
receive admonition.( Az zumar 9).
b. Knowledge is the key to opening or know and believe in
what Allah has created and what is already being on the
science of his semanjak ever. Allah SWT says: (Q.S. 2:255).

Allah! There is no god but He,-the Living, the Selfsubsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep.
His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is
there can intercede in His presence except as He
permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures
as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass
aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne
doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He
feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He
is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).
( Al baqarah 255).

5. The principles on which the view of Islam Against

Morals
a. Morals is one of the fruits of faith and worship where no
one's perfect faith and worship of faith and worship if it
does not come out noble spirit and good treatment with
morals that. Because it mambari praise Allah on His
prophet :

Which of you is afflicted with madness.( Al qalam 6).
b. Believe that morality on the whole is obtained and
studied. Morals are not maintained. May be changed and
exchanged through environmental factors such as time,

place, situation, and the condition of society. Allah SWT

says: (Q.S 13:12)

It is He Who doth show you the lightning, by way both of
fear and of hope: It is He Who doth raise up the clouds,
heavy with (fertilising) rain!( Ar rad 12.)

c. Believe that everything must be done through the

conscience of the pious to Allah and should be useful to
others. Allah SWT says: (Surah 40: 19) and (Sura 2: 115)

(Allah) knows of (the tricks) that deceive with the eyes,
and all that the hearts (of men) conceal.
( Al mumin 19).

To Allah belong the east and the West: Whithersoever ye
turn, there is the presence of Allah. For Allah is allPervading, all-Knowing.
(Al baqarah 115).

d. Tanggungjaab adalha believe that the essence of charity

Morals, where responsibilities are things that do not
conflict with Islam. Word of Allah (Q.S. 53:21) and (Q.S.
53:39).

What! for you the male sex, and for Him, the female?

That man can have nothing but what he strives for.
(An najm 39.).
Islam is a religion that brought the mission of education and teaching his people.
Al-Qur `an is the most basic foundation referenced the legal basis of the Islamic
Religious Education. God's Word on Islamic Education in Al-qur `an Surat Al-alaq

Meaning:
"Read the (calling) the name of your Lord who created. He has created man from
a clot. Read and your Lord is most generous. Who taught (man) with the
mediation of kalam. He taught man what is not knew. "

A good education is education that has a clear foundation or base. If

education does not have a clear basis, then education will fail. Thus the
foundation of education has an important role in achieving the goals of
education.
Al-Quran is one among the many educational foundation.
Education According to the Koran
Al-Quran has repeatedly explained the importance of knowledge. Without
knowledge of human life will undoubtedly be a misery. Not only that, al-Qur'an
even me
mposisikan people who have a high degree of knowledge on. al-Qur'an alMujadalah letter of verse 11 states:

"... Allah will exalt those who believe among you and those who were given some

Al-Qur'an have also warned people to seek knowledge, as in the Koran letter atTawbah verse 122 states:

"Why not go from each group among them some of the people to deepen their
knowledge of religion and to give warning to his people when they have returned
to him, so they can maintain themselves".
From here it is understood that the importance of knowledge for human survival.
Due to human knowledge will know what is good and bad, right and wrong,
which brings benefits and that brings Awliyaa '.
In a Prophet. described:

"Seeking
knowledge is the duty

of every Muslim". (Narrated
by
Ibn
Majah)
The hadith indicates that Islam requires its followers to get to all knowledge.
.Namely,
the
obligation
for
them
to
seek
knowledge
Islam emphasizes the importance of knowledge in human life. Because without
the knowledge of the human will undoubtedly go through life is like a person lost,
the implications of which will make people more and Ramanujan are displaced
.later
in
the
hereafter
:Imam Shafi'i has stated

"Whoever wants the world, it must be with the science. Whoever wants the
hereafter, it must be with the science. And whoever wants both, then it must be
with the science ".
From here, it's a human should always strive to increase the quality of science by
continuing to try to find him until death.
