General Remarks :
The Date of handing over site is 2.02.2010 and the date fixed for completion as per agreement is 1.8.2011 . The field of
informed that E.O.T is applied 30.08.2012 , but the approval from the competent is awaited. The value of work done as report
officers is 103 Lakhs works out to 26%.The Progress of work is very slow. The agreements stipulates making payment
milestones specified. The Executive Engineer is requested to verify the progress of work in accordance with mile stones bo

The reinforcement for the RCC columns inculding balance plinth beam are corroded.These steel items are to be thorough

It is observed that near the overlaps the steel is being bend for the column rods. The same is to be avoided.
