The field staff have not furnished the extract of QC tests conducted and Q C test records during the inspecti
control tests have to be conducted as per the table 900.3,900.4 and 900.6 of MORTH specifications.

Hence quality cannot be assured and further there are chances to occur damages as such they are requeste
the performance of the work at closer intervals and take necessary steps for rectification of such type d

As per clause 1.11 of IRC SP - 11 " Quality Control for construction of roads and runways ", Out of total tests,
70% to be carried out by AEE/AE, 20% by DEE & 10% by EE.

General Remarks :

The Date of handing over site is 2.02.2010 and the date fixed for completion as per agreement is 1.8.2011 . The field of
informed that E.O.T is applied 30.08.2012 , but the approval from the competent is awaited. The value of work done as report
officers is 103 Lakhs works out to 26%.The Progress of work is very slow. The agreements stipulates making payment

It is recommended to asses and accept the in situ strength of concrete of columns by Non - distructive methods
13311:1992(part I & Part II) and as per clause 402.9.2 of APDSS.

It is observed that near the overlaps the steel is being bend for the column rods. The same is to be avoided.
