Introduction:
Key profile:

An entrepreneur in this case study is not well educated and do not get any sort of degree.
His father was an accountant.
Their financial condition is not so good. After the retirement of his father, he opened a
provisions store as Home Based Business. But he did not do well so the shop closed
soon.
Organization Profile:

After closing the provision store, he started began selling leather covers for radios by
browing 5,000 from his father, he did Bootstrapping. This business also floundered very
soon.
Then one day his friend sent him a visa and offered to work in U.S.A as Co-working
Space, but when he reached there his friend asked him to sell sarees and as a return he
gives him some percentage. This kind of job also wont satisfy him.
Then in 83 he found job in Gemini Impex pvt ltd, a clothing company in which he
worked on commission.
Then he started new business with one of his customer by Startup by raising Debt
Financing.
He faced Competition by hiss rival as he undercut the price and quality but the
Entrepreneur did not made his quality low so he got Competitive advantage on it.
Strength and Weakness:

He is a man of Self-esteem
He cant do work with consistency and with tediously.
Dont want to work under the supervision of any person.
He is also Impatience. Later on this will become his success
He also has optimist and positive outlook
He is an honest and Courageous person.
He thought out of the box sometimes.

Analysis:

There are many hurdles in his success:


Lack of resources
Lack of capital
Lack of education

Sub-Issues:

Consistently he fails in the business as he was not persistent person.


Cause and effect:

After studying the entire case study, we come to know that when he gets experience, he
gets success. He choose perseverance as his way and accepted loses as part of life.

Conclusion:

He is an impatience and inconsistent but when he recognize his self-esteem he become preserve
person and accept failure of his life as part of journey and stair to success.
Recommendations:

Firstly he should get education of relative field.


Secondly he should work with diligence and show some interest in different jobs.
Fungability:

In our country we are facing many challenges. If we analyze this story in the context of
Pakistan we come to know that there are many problems which he has to face in Pakistani
context.
As he had to face unemployment, lack of resources. When he decides to work in
Production, he would have to face many hurdles while working on machines as there is a
problem of electricity and gas in Pakistan.
In Pakistan context he had to face calculated risk due to political, economic and market
condition and due to lack of opportunities and chances.

Introduction:
39 years old man Naresh Gulati, an Indian citizen, bootstrapped to sell decorative candles. Then
he switched to another business of selling cloth and cosmetics in wholesale. He went abroad to
study but found an opportunity. After many trails now he is a success full consultant. He settled
down on overseas education consultancy business.
Strength and Weakness:

He is an ambitious man.
He was an innovator and passionate.
He also gets Diploma in Electronic data processing.

When he went to Australia and built social linkages and increased his social network and
public relations which helped him to become a successful Entrepreneur.
Analysis:
Key Issues:

He was a bootstrapped with no financial resources. He constantly bear loses.

Sub-Issues:

He was not a market leader in his business rather he was an imitator so he has to deal with
market competition with innovative differentiation technique to gain the maximum market share
and bring him into the list leaders in this business. He took Calculated Risk.
Cause and Effect:

When he went to Australia, he observed a problem that immigrated students have to face. He
took threat as opportunity and gave the solution of that problem after opening a consultancy business.
Conclusion:

Unsustainability and lack of reliability he could not outsource financial resources.


Recommendation:

He should have to open one franchise at one time. Lack of pilot study and control over their
franchise causes lose in the market share.
