Commission on Audit, stressing particularly his observations insofar as the cash position,
inventories, other assets and trust funds are concerned, among other things.
Action taken: The Presiding Officer asked the Secretariat to prepare a summary of the reports
and furnish all members thereof for their perusal.

SECTION 1. - The application of Golden Peebles Development Corporation, represented by Mr. Dexter
C. Yaptenco, President/General Manager, for Development Permit (DP) of Village of the Holy Infant Jesus
Subdivision, with an area of 23,365 square meters, containing 145 houses and lots, located at Barangay Canitoan,
this City is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
