Nature of the Business: Saudi automatic salt refinery works Pvt. Ltd. Is one
of the Largest salts producing company in entire middle east. ARAMCO
PETROCHEMICAL, INDOMIE, ALBAIK, PINEHILL, SAUDI MILK are the
major customers also it was producing salt for commercial and domestic
purposes. The company is also one of the major crude salt producers in middle east.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation design for the newly coming equipments for plant, such as
including pneumatic valves, servo motor valves, vibrators, radars,
sensors, floating switch, flow meters, VFDs etc. to the interlocking
system.
Supervise inspection activities at site with regards to proponent
specifications and standards.
Conduct inspection of cable Routing, termination jobs, power and control
panel works, and cable tray installation works, grounding works and
lighting jobs.
Directed and co-ordinate operation maintenance and repair of equipment
and system.
Ensured continued innovation and development of all electrical system.

 Evaluated and maintained the preventive and predictive maintenance

plans.
Installation of Transformers, Boilers, blow molding m/cs, Injection
molding m/cs, Motors, Mixers, grinders, printing m/cs, Filling m/cs,
Motors drives, installations of Mitsubishi PLC (fx-series).
Performing Transformer tests and motor test: Insulation Resistance test,
Winding Resistance test.
Inspecting installation jobs, Design execution as per drawing.
Installation & Commissioning of the VFD Panels (Allen Bradley & delta
Mode).
Travelling to locations on site and working both indoor and outdoor.
Making NCR reports as per the ISO standards and submitting to concern
department.
Making daily morning reports into the log sheets and sending it to
concern department.
Designing single line diagram (SLD) for the projects.
Designing instrumentation schematic diagram with selecting right
component and instrument as per requirement.
Design & development of the Electrical circuit diagram for Power circuit,
PLC inputs/output wiring, instrument control wiring, VFD, servo
motor/AC drive wiring, terminal block wiring, earthing line diagram etc.

components for manufacturing of panels
Preparing operation flow chart of project as per customer requirement.
Listing safety interlock list for safe operational flow of process.
PLC /HMI configuration & programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens), Testing
& simulation.
Communication Protocols Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet and also analog
communications for controllers such as temperature, pressure, electrical
power, water level & pressure instruments etc with HMI software.
