CHOCOLATE BUTTER CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Butter

180 g

Sugar

110 g

Eggs

Pancake mix

110 g

Chocolate bars

110 g (2 bars' worth)

PREPARATION
1. Microwave butter at 500W for about 40 seconds. Add the sugar and whisk until white.
2. Beat the eggs well and mix into the mixture little by little.
3. Add the pancake mix. Mix and knead swiftly to eliminate powdery pockets. Preheat the
oven to 180.
4. Line a pan snugly with parchment paper. Pour some of the mixture into the pan. Break
one chocolate bar into small pieces, and scatter on top of the dough.
5. Add the remaining mixture on top. Smooth out the surface. Break the other chocolate bar
into small pieces and scatter on top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180.

CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Pancake mix

200 g

Cream cheese

200 g

Sugar

100 g

Eggs

Butter (or cake margarine)

50 g

Milk

50 ml

1. Heat the cream cheese in the microwave for 1 minute to soften, add the sugar, and mix

with a whisk.
Mix the butter and afterwards the milk into the mix.
Crack the eggs open into the bowl and beat well while mixing.
Add the pancake mix and mix well.
Fill the pound cake pan 80% full with the batter
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 for 30 minutes.

PANCAKE MIX COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

Pancake mix

200 g

Butter (or margarine)

100 g

Egg

Chocolate bar

Microwave butter and mix well.


Add the egg and mix some more.
Add the pancake mix and mix till its no longer floury.
Add the chocolate bar.
Form into balls with your palms and flatten.
Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 170 / 340.

CHOCOLATE CAKE

Chocolate bar (milk or dark)

1 (60 to 70 g)

Butter (or margarine)

40 g

Milk

50 ml

Eggs

Sugar

40 ~ 50 g

Pancake mix

100 g

Cocoa powder (with sugar)

50 g

PREPARATION
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave (about a minute). Let it cool down a little,
then add the milk and mix.
2. Beat the 2 eggs and sugar together, just until it's foamy. Add into the previous mix.
3. Add the pancake mix and cocoa powder. Mix well.

4. Butter the bowl cooker with margarine. Bake for 15 minutes.

YOGURT CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS

Pancake mix

150 g

Eggs

Plain yogurt

400 g

Grated cheese (or cream cheese)

2+ tablespoons

Sugar

5 tablespoons

Mix the eggs and sugar together. Add the yogurt, and mix well.
Add the grated cheese and pancake mix.
Prepare a rice cooker. It's better to coat with oil using a paper towel.
Pour the batter into the rice cooker bowl.
Set it in the rice cooker, and turn on the switch using the normal cooking setting.

6. When it has finished cooking, switch it off. Open the lid, and leave it for about 20
minutes. It will shrink a little bit.
7. Take it out of the rice cooker bowl and cut into pieces.
