To test the analytical Students would be divided into groups of 2-3 each depending

upon the strength of the class. Each group is required to submit an
assignment on real time application of any concept of TQM. The
topics for assignment can be either given by the faculty or else
selected by the students( Customer satisfaction, employee
satisfaction, Seven basic tools, ISO 9000 standards, Six sigma,
Quality costs,leadership, FMEA, TPM, Control charts etc.)
It would comprise
of one presentation(
Analysis -20 marks,
quantity-15), and
one written report
(10 marks). Max
