XX-lea, reprezentanii naiunilor colonizate i afirm diferena n mod pozitiv, atrgnd atenia asupra unor
A doua faz

The postcolonial phenomenon is a postmodern anthropology field research as a continuation of

the study of the colonialism phenomenon. In fact, any discussion related to postcolonialism
should begin by delimitation of the three phases in the history of postcolonial theories. In the
first of them situated around 60-70 years of twentieth century, the representatives of colonized
nations affirm positively their difference, drawing attention to the communities that want to be
appreciated as being more than a devalued alterity through colonization. The second phase
includes the last decades of twentieth century and it would be the period of the great ambiguities,
identitary unrest, inability to define, to delimitate and to objectivize the characteristics, to enter
into the depths and to draw clearly the differences. Because, on the one hand, it was created a
resistance to everything related to the colonial period and on the other hand, the colonized
countries, although politically independent, have failed to release their cultures under the
influence of colonizers. In the third phase is observed the outlining of a shift to a "neo "
globalizing colonialism. Colonial past, more and more distant in time, is accepted with a certain
serenity, the ambiguities are viewed from a rather positive direction and transnational elements
become "translational", thus fertilising and stronger.
