stamps being issued during the year. The stamp originals show the My Heart, Nordic Mythology Mythical Forest Beings, Wonderful Trains, Hot Coffee and Christmas 2006 issues.

Stamps 150 Years anniversary issue. 2005 was also the year of design in sweden, which
was marked in several ways including Swedish Design The 2005 Year of Design issue in
January. Tv chef Tina nordstrm inspired this years eUroPa issue with the theme of gastronomy, EUROPA 2005 Gastronomy, and the World heritage issues The High Coast, the

of amicable relations were illustrated by two beautiful, engraved motifs of the svinesund

Czeslaw Slania is probably the worlds bestknown stamp engraver of all time. During
his long artistic life he engraved over 1,000
stamps for 31 countries and the UN. His
strong interest in history has been extensively reflected in his work. He was fascinated by the Napoleonic era and historical
pictures depicting horses, soldiers in armor
and billowing flags. Here are some of his
foremost works.

For his 80th birthday Czeslaw Slania
made a dream come true, by engraving
The Death of Gustavus Adolphus II at the
Battle of Ltzen (1632). The motif is the
central part of a painting by Carl Wahlbom
in Rome in 1855. Today it hangs in the
Nationalmuseum in Stockholm.

Collectors Sheets
a decorative collectors sheet is produced
for each new stamp issue. on the collectors
sheet, which is in a4 format, the stamp is
mounted on a beautiful motif specially designed for the occasion. Many people choose to collect the sheets in albums so they

frame their favorite motifs and hang them on
the wall at home or at work.

All our customers receive it for free!

Sweden Post Stamps requests advance payment unless otherwise stated. We only deliver

Purchases may be returned within 2 weeks
after receipt for exchange or refund. Please
