is a module to simplify the

interface between SD Card (or MMC) and microcontroller
with supply and I/O voltage selection of 5 VDC or 3.3 VDC.
SD Card (or MMC) can be used as an easily exchangeable
memory that makes expansions to a larger memory capacity
easier. A Ferroelectric Nonvolatile RAM (FRAM) that can be
used as temporary buffer on accessing the SD Card (or
MMC) or as other data storage is available. This module can
be used, among other things, as a data storage on an
attendance system, queue system, or other datalogging
applications.
Hardware Specification
1. I/O and supply voltage selection: +5 VDC or +3.3
VDC.
2. Supported card types: SD Card (and MMC).
3. SD Card (and MMC) with SPI microcontroller.
4. A 2 KBytes Ferroelectric Nonvolatile RAM FM24CL16B
are available.
5. FRAM
interface
with
Two-Wire
Interface
mincrocontroller.
6. An application example for the DT-51 Low Cost Series
and DT-AVR Low Cost Series in BASIC language for
MCS-51 (BASCOM-8051) and C language for AVR
(CodeVisionAVR) are available.
7. Compatible with DT-51 Low Cost series, DT-AVR Low
Cost series, and DT-AVR Bootloader Micro System series.
Supports DT-51 Minimum System (MinSys) ver 3.0, DT51 PetraFuz, CPU Module series and various others.

SCL and SDA are already connected to the pull-up resistors.

If the module is connected to the Two-Wire Interface
circuitry, then the pull-up on the other modules can be
released.
