EU students who have applied for a SUSI grant must

be aware that they are liable to the difference in
their course fee and the grant amount awarded by
SUSI (2,000.00). This fee will be due at registration.

Students on SUSI grants must supply their (13 digit
SUSI number during the registration process) and
pay a fee of 43.00 which is not covered by the

Late Payment Fine

A late fine of 170.00 is applied to all payments
received after the last day of registration 3rd
October 2014. All accounts will be blocked after
this date if payment is not received.
Refunds
PAC Deposit
Please note this deposit is non-refundable. The only
exception is when the student does not meet the
entry criteria.
Students are not entitled to a refund of fees once
formally registered.
Third Party Payments (Employers)

DCU does not issue invoices to individual Companies
or students for fee payment. Students in receipt
of third party sponsorship must pay their fees
online during the registration process. An invoice
may be printed online during registration (Cost
of Registration) for your Sponsor. However your
sponsorship is a matter for you and your sponsor
directly. The liability for your programme fees rests
in full with you as a student of DCU.
Students on Grants
Students who have applied for a grant and are
subsequentally refused are held fully liable for this
debt. If a student withdraws from DCU and their
grant still has not been processed the student is
liable for the debt. This debt will be passed to a third
party collection agency in the event of non payment
by the student.
