and the abstract of the paper is March 2, 2015.

GUIDE TO WRITING ARTICLES

Participation fee

Please
observe
the
following
requirements for writing the articles, in order to
publish them in the volume of the symposium
in a unitary form. Non-compliance of the
requirements leads to rejection of the paper.
The deadline for submitting the papers is
March 2, 2015.

Official languages of the symposium:

The fee is 250 RON/person (100 RON

PhD students, 50 RON students) and
includes a festive dinner in the first day.
The fee shall be paid into the Treasury
account RO46TREZ70220F370100XXXX:
until April 13, 2015.
After that date the fee will be 300
RON/person.
On the second day of the symposium a
thematic trip will be organised, for which an
additional fee of 100 RON/person must be
paid before April 15, 2015.
We can provide exhibition spaces for the
interested companies.

English and Romanian (where presentations

are held in Romanian, the slides will be
redacted in English)

Papers must have an even number of pages
(6 or 8 pages).
The way of papers submission:

The papers will be sent by email at:

Each paper will be evaluated by the

Scientific Committee of the symposium
that will decide whether to accept or
reject it. The decision will be
communicated to the authors by email.

Will be scheduled later.

Venue will be chosen according to the
number of participants and will be
communicated
in
the
second
announcement.

Attendees requiring hotel accommodation

are asked to specify that to the Organising
Committee.
The second announced will be completed
and submitted after March 9, 2015. The number
and names of the participants, the paper titles to
be presented and published and further
information about the thematic trip will become
available at that time.
