Background

In the year of 2013 is one of the time that has been changed the structural of
curriculum esspecially on Indonesia. In the year of 2013 the KTSP curriculum that has been
aplicated for being 7 years is change to the curriculum 2013 or also known as K.13. There are
several basicly differentiation between the KTSP curriculum and K.13 curriculum, the mainly
things that we can observe from the differences of this Curriculum is the point or the center
focus of learning resources. When the Indonesian are still use KTSP curicullum the learning
resources are focus or based on the teacher explanation , but its defitnly different with the
K.13. The K.13 considering student should able to understand and have a good attitude also
student should be active on the teaching and learning process to make a conditional situation
that can make the student easier to unedrstand kind of subjek matter that have been studied.
Curriculum 2013 has three aspects of assessment, namely the aspect of knowledge,
skills aspects, and aspects of attitudes and behavior. In Curriculum 2013, especially in the
learning materials are materials that streamlined and material is added. The material visible in
the material downsized Indonesian, IPS, PPKn, etc., While the added material is the material
of Mathematics.The subject matter (especially mathematics) learning material adapted to
international standards so that the government hopes to balance the education in the country
to study abroad. Minister of Education and Culture Anies Baswedan, states stop the
implementation of Curriculum 2013 for new schools implementing this curriculum for a
semester on December 5, 2014.
Attitudes and behavior (moral) is a very important aspect of the assessment (grades
aspects 60%). If one student did a bad attitude, it is considered that the whole value is less.
There are three aspects of assessment in K-13:

knowledge
skills / courage; and
attitude.

Wether in school , Schools now have a new status as a community of learners. The
current situation is no longer who knows (teacher) teaches that do not know (students). But
more to the idea (teacher) teaches everything from things that are known by their students.
This theory is commonly called constructivism. Curriculum implementation in 2013 will
almost certainly be up to schools throughout Indonesia.

an interest in mathematics, Indonesian, science, social studies and other
Curriculum standards in 2013 are minimum standards that can be used from Sabang

learning activities.
There are also a problem that exist in term of principles of Curriculum of 2013 there
are issues it is difficult to change the mindset of teachers, changes in the learning process
from teacher centered to student centered, lack of spiritual moral, cultural reading and
researching is still low.

The Implementation of 2013 Curriculume in SMA N 4 Singaraja


In essence, the curriculum is "A set of plans and arrangements regarding the
objectives, content and learning materials as well as the means used to guide the
implementation of activities pembelajaranuntuk achieve certain educational goals"(Education
Law), Departing from the definition of the curriculum by the National Education Act, there
are at least three important components in kurikulumyaitu component of educational
objectives, process components, and component evaluation.
The purpose of education in each curriculum formulated based on Pancasila and the
Constitution.Kurikulum yet educational goals formulated in the curriculum is not
bolehmelenceng of what Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution mandated educational
objectives usually jugadirumuskan in accordance with the needs of the regime (read: age)
ruling , At the time of the old order of education is intended to produce human Indonesia
patriotic and nationalist. It inimengingat at that time still the early days of independence so
that nationalism and patriotism will be the glue that plural identities into a single identity,
Indonesia. We are already ask to 30 student and 10 teacher about the Implementation of
curicullume 2013. Wether the respone of the teacher and student are variated based on the
implementation of 2013 Curicullume , here are the result of our survey to ask the teacher and
student about the Curicullum 2013. Here there are : (the quisioner are attached)

Based on the data , we can explain that from the teacher perspective that the KTSP
curicuclum are still suitable to applied in the school thath because of the problem are usually
exist are the facilities are not ready and that the teacher think probably the KTSP curiculum
are more suitable for the School. This why this school is still using both of this curiculum on
the learning and teaching proces. Therefore the most of teacher think that the 2013 curriculm
has a benefit to the progress of student just like in the 2013 curicullum thath contain a attitude
score , and curicullum 2014 also give motivation to the student to alway upgrade themself to
the higher level. But this curicculum still cant be aplied because of the teacher actually still
handicap using this curicullum and still has a problem of technology .
And then, based on the student perspective they are feeling unsastified because they
are think the KTSp curicullum are more easier to make thm understand about the tacher
explanation, it showed from 93,3 % student from 30 student are choose the KTSP curicullum
for the learning and teaching process. But however they are also agreed thet the Curicullum
2013 are able to make a score to their attitude . But mostly they are still confused about
which exactly are most better , because from the interval from each question there are still a
high interval between each question that show the student are still confused.
