Introduction
The Geolocation analysis feature brings Google Maps to Aito CEA, allowing analysis of customer usage,
experience and business by geographic area.
Using the Geolocation analysis feature, users can identify the locations with e.g. most subscriber activity,
traffic, faults or generated revenue by visually inspecting the cell locations on the map.
The Geolocation analysis plots KPIs on Google Maps based on cell coordinates. Map views are provided
in all Aito CEA views that include KPIs grouped by location. This includes:
Customers by location
Usage by location
Experience by location
Faults by location
KPIs are visualised as variable size circles at the location, visualising e.g. the number of customer,
amount of traffic or number of faults at a location by showing larger circles for locations with more
customers, traffic or faults.
