KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for Employees payroll processing, taxation and payments of 700 plus local
nationals permanent hires of companys and Contractors. Resolution of queries with in
defined SLA through internal/External Payroll queries or employees.
Co-ordination with PAN India for payroll processing. Collating the data from more than 5

Reconciliation with Master Payroll data/with monthly oracle feed as Input and Output
reconciliation. Accurate & timely payroll processing (Input/ Output checking)

outsourced personnel of Cosmic Group..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for Employees payroll processing, taxation and payments of 10000 plus
local nationals permanent hires of companys mobility, telemedia and enterprise
services business arms. Resolution of queries with in defined SLA through internal e-RM
system (Employee Relationship Management). Payroll vendors queries for Bharti Airtel
employees.
Co-ordination with payroll vendor for payroll processing. Co-ordination with HR Spocs of
more than 30 circles for payroll processing.
Reconciliation with ECS/oracle as monthly Input and Output reconciliation.
