The
Law
of
Self-Defense
Seminar
provides
a
comprehensive
fact-
and
law-based
seminar
on
the
law
of
self-defense,
presented
by
a
nationally
recognized
legal
expert
in
the
;ield.
The
Seminars
are
in-person
and
conducted
by
Attorney
Andrew
Branca.
The
seminar
illustrates
how
the
law
of
self-defense
is
applied
in
real
court
cases
involving
real
people.
In
addition,
the
seminar
is
structured
to
engage
students
with
scenario-driven
applications
of
the
legal
principles
governing
the
law
of
self-defense.
This
seminar
is
customized
to
the
self-defense
laws
of
California,
using
the
statutes,
court
decisions,
and
jury
instructions
for
that
jurisdiction.
Participants
will
leave
the
seminar
armed
with
the
legal
knowledge
and
analytical
tools
necessary
to
apply
the
law
of
self-defense
in
a
practical
and
actionable
way
to
tactical
situations
that
arise
in
real
life.
Seminar
Leader
Andrew
F.
Branca
is
in
his
third
decade
of
practicing
law
in
the
Commonwealth
of
Massachusetts.
He
has
written
several
published
books
on
the
law
of
self-defense,
including
the
currently
available
The
Law
of
Self
Defense,
2nd
Edition,
(ISBN:
0988867702). He
is
an
internationally
recognized
expert
on
the
law
of
self-defense,
and
has
been
quoted
in
this
context
by
the
Wall
Street

the
Chicago

the
Washington

and
many
other
mainstream
media,
including
nationally
syndicated
broadcast
media
and
foreign
press.
Andrew
is
also
a
