Dear Dean Sarmiento,
We are pleased to introduce to you EXEMPLAR Review & Tutorial Center, genuinely
inetrested to help your students pass the board exam on their first and last try. We are
duly registered review institution offering an intensive in-house review program for the
Criminology Board Exam. Our pool of lecturers are composed of powerhouse faculty
from top universities. EXEMPLAR is guided by its general objective of producing highly
competent professional criminologists through a quality program geared towards
increasing the overall passing rate of its partner entity.
EXEMPLAR has started its operation in 2010, and has expanded since then. It has
consistently maintained a passing rate of above 90% in most of its review programs.
Beside Criminology board exam review, we also offer Napolcom, Nursing, Civil Service,
Teachers board and IELTS review programs.
It is in this light that we are proposing to this school years graduating students of
March 2015 a revolutionary and ultimate Criminology review. Dubbed as the Ultimate
Review Solution, this intensive in-house review is a three-tier preparatory course

THE TRIAD OVERVIEW

Description:
The All in One Complete Program is a preparatory course for the Board
Licensing Examination for Criminologists which is designed to cater the needs of board
examinees exclusive within their own school. Composed of a sequential three-tier
features, the All in One Complete Program aims to increase the chances of reviewees
in passing the exam by bringing in their full advantage the quality review program of
their prime choice.
Key elements of the All in One Complete Program include Orientation and
Diagnostic Examinations, Intensive Lectures, Test Drills and Rationalization,
Achievement Examinations, Performance Consultation, Coaching Session with
Testmanship, Simulated Preboard Examination and Stress Management Sessions.
Review Features
The program is founded on the following guiding pillars to ensure quality review:

Process-structured: The review is designed based on the need of the students to

ascertain their strengths and weaknesses among the concepts that are being covered in the
exam. It involves a series of logical three-step direction of bridging the gap between the
required proficiency and actual aptitude, which is essential in improving the capability of the
examinees, thus increasing their chances of passing the board exam. Represented by
various developmental review approaches, this direction will include the following: The
Awakening (Orientation and Diagnostics Phase), The Engine Starter (Comprehensive Lecture
Phase with Integrated Post Tests) and The Climax (Test Drills Enhancement Phase).
Competency-based: The review program would serve as an extension to the foundation
of college lectures that the students have already acquired under the curriculum. Through
coaching-type comprehensive lectures, the students will be prepared to strengthen their
knowledge on the core concepts of all subject areas of the test.
Results-oriented: The review program is provided with mechanisms to check the progress
of students periodically every after phase. As an enhancement course, test drills and
rationalization sessions will be used to develop critical thinking among students as well as
to familiarize them with the appropriate test-taking strategies applied on board

examination-type questions. Their readiness will be monitored to ensure that the results of
their improving performance would guide them in preparation for the actual exam.
Student-focused: The review program would act as catalyst to boost the morale of the
students, wherein the course itself would serve as motivation for them, working on their
goal to pass if not top the board examination. It will be a proactive experience on the part
of the students through the conduct of innovative teaching styles conducted in lively and
creative environment. Guidance and counseling will serve as means to sustain confidence
among the students, developing not only intellectual capacity to take the exam but even
psychosocial, emotional and spiritual readiness.
