The District of La Libertad has conducted series of trainings to equip teachers how to play flute,
ukulele and guitar in which they are expected to cascade the skills to every learner in their respective
classes. To monitor the teachers' competence in teaching the skills to the learners, the district
evaluation will be conducted starting November, 2014 until February, 2015 to all teachers in the
elementary (Kindergarten to Grade VI), and the secondary school teachers handling MAPEH.
Attached are scoring rubrics to guide the teachers on the items to be evaluated.
For information, guidance, and strict compliance.
