_____________________ send greetings.
Whereas, I want to Purchase & Sale some land at Jaipur.
I, _______________________ doth hereby give my absolute consent /
confirmation for Purchase & Sale right title interest in the property at Jaipur.
And whereas, I am not able to personally appear in Jaipur, and record my
consent / confirmation for Purchase & Sale the property.
I, therefore nominate, constitute and appoint my mother SMT.

Resident of _________________________ Jaipur India to be my true and
lawful attorney to do the following necessary acts, deeds, and things in my name
and on my behalf, that is to say :1. To negotiate the Purchase & Sale, enter into any agreement to Purchase
& Sale property at Jaipur, and record my consent, confirmation for the
aforesaid Purchase & Sale in my name and on my behalf.
2. To apply for all clearances required for the Purchase & Sale of aforesaid
plot, from any authorities, in my name and on my behalf. He may also give
any declarations, undertakings, affidavits on my behalf in my name, for the
Purchase & Sale of the property.
3. To acquire and take over the possession of the property from the seller &
give possession to the buyer.
4. To execute, sign, seal a proper Purchase & Sale deed of the property from
the Purchaser & Seller on my behalf.
5. To present the same for registration before the Sub-Registrar having
jurisdiction in that behalf and admit execution thereof, and record my
consent / confirmation to the said Purchaser & Seller.
6. To do acts, deeds and things necessary as fully and effectively as I could
do the same my self.

That the power hereby confirmed is revocable one and acts, deed, and things
done lawfully in connection with the above mentioned property by said attorney
under this Power of Attorney in my name shall be considered as acts, deeds, and
things done by me, and shall be binding on me. I hereby agree to confirm all and
whatsoever the said attorney shall lawfully to do by virtue of the Power hereby
conferred on her. I declare that I have appointed her out of my free will. This
Power of Attorney is revocable.
My said attorney is also, empowered to make necessary applications, file
affidavits, engage advocates etc. as may be necessary in any Central or State
Government Office, Jaipur Development Authority or Semi-Government Office
etc. for carrying out any of the aforesaid acts.
