CONTENTS:
BALL HANDING( CONTROL DRIBBLING,SPEED DRIBBLING),DRIBBLE.CROSSOVER.
BETWEEN THE LEGS/BEHIND THE BACK LAY-UP FOOTWORK AND FINISH/DEFENSE 1 on
1/DEFENSIVE STANCE/DEFENSIVE SLIDE/DROP STEP
EXERCISES:
WARM UP: Dribbling in a circle with both hands in the basic stance.
MAIN PART
EXERCISE 1: Ball handing ( pairs static) Base line to base line
(Dont stop dribbling) ,Static player ( dont move the feets).
EXERCISE 2: Lay up square ------------------------------------------ space feedback
Dribble moves. Pass one hand 2 hands. Lay up footwork .Right side left side.
EXERCISE 3: 1 on 1 half court + full court.
Offensive dribbling (keep the ball control).
