I/we have read and agree to all rules named OFFICIAL RULES OF KLINKS RESORT SUMMER SHORT FILM COMPETITION and I, all teams
members, actors, producers, directors, grips or anyone associated with above named team will abide by said rules. I/we understand that
failure to abide by all rules may be grounds for immediate expulsion of the entire team from Klinks Resort Summer Short Film Competition
and the film will not be accepted as an entry into the competition.

Klinks Resort may use the submitted film in anyway deemed fit in advertising this event or for any promotional purpose to advertise Klinks
Resort or its successors at no cost. Klinks Resort management team, marketing team, manager, partners, members and/or its successors
have full use and full right to use submitted film for marketing and promotional purposes via any media venue or source at no cost.

I/we understand that we are entering into a competition for a chance to win, NOT a guarantee. I/we understand entering into this
competition is 100% voluntary and I and/or member(s) of the team expect NO compensation or reimbursement for any labor and/or costs
associated with the production of the film produced for this competition.

Klinks Resort may share the emails of the team leader and team members with sponsors of the event only. Klinks Resort will not sell any
email provided for any monetary compensation.

I/we will follow all local, state & federal laws, rules and regulations.
I/We authorizes Klinks Resort Summer Short Film Competition and Klinks Resort the use of my/our image captured in photograph or video as
well as the aforesaid film and all its components in conjunction with the film production created and accepted for submission by Klinks Resort in
any manner they deem fit including, but not limited to, the purpose of advertising and exploiting of the festival and future events not directly
connected to the Klinks Resort Summer Short Film Competition or Klinks Resort

The team leader accepts full responsibility for all team members not available and/or willing to sign this entry form and the content within it
and the Official Rules of Klinks Resort Summer Short Film Competition.

I/We accept the fact that IF the team wins a prize or money the team leader accepts full responsibility for the disbursement of any prize
money, trophies, etc. Klinks Resort will give the prize or prize money to the Team Leader ONLY. Klinks Resort will accept ZERO
responsibility as to the disbursement of prizes or prize money among team members.

I understand as team leader that I will be fully responsible for all team members signing this entry form. As team leader, I will ensure that all
members of the team, actors and anyone else assisting with production knows, follows and understands all rules. I furthermore understand
that all content on this entry form become rules of Klinks Resort Summer Short Film Competition.
I/We also indemnify Klinks Resort Summer Short Film Competition and Klinks Resort, all of its partners, members, managers, clients, tenants,
sponsors, guests and successors, and hold them harmless from and against any liability, penalty, interest, loss, claim, demand, cost and/or expense
resulting from completion of the film or caused by my/our gross negligence and/or willful misconduct.

Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement:
1. In consideration for receiving permission to participate in Klinks Resort Summer Shot Film Competition, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE,
DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Klinks Resort Summer Short Film Competition and/or Klinks Resort, its affiliates, their
members, managers, consultants, their officers, agents, or employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability,
claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may
be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity, while in, on or upon the premises where the
activities are being conducted, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise
and regardless of whether such liability arises in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law

2. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the activities associated with this film festival contest, and I am aware that such
activities include the risk of injury and even death, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activities, knowing that the activities
may be hazardous to my property and me. I understand that Klinks Resort does not require me to participate in this activity. I voluntarily
assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss
or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF
RELEASEES or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law

3. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court
costs and attorneys' fees that Releases may incur due to my participation in said activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF
RELEASEES or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

4. It is my express intent that this Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and
my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT
NOT TO SUE the above-named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and that any mediation, suit, or other proceeding must be filed or entered
into only in Washington and the federal or state courts of Washington or Spokane County Superior Court. Any portion of this document
deemed unlawful or unenforceable is severable and shall be stricken without any effect on the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Wavier of Liability
and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral
representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at
least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Agreement for full, adequate and complete
consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
