One of the attachment bolts of the motor base is loosened to crimp style terminal
at the tip of the earth wire attached to the motor, and fasten crimp style terminal
to it together.
(It is based on the following figure)
Since there is compatibility except it, attach as it is.

1. Exchange the presence of the ground lead of the motor before it exchange it in
the confirmation by the following items.
(When the earth wire is attached to the motor before exchange)
Since there is compatibility when it is going to exchange motors and the motor
to which the ground is already attached is carried (exchange), attach as it is.
Do not cut the earth wire attached to a motor.
(When the earth wire is not attached to the motor before exchange)
When it is going to exchange motors and the motor to which the ground is not
attached is carried, cut and remove first the earth wire attached to the substitute
motor from the current motor.

2.The ferrite core is added to the substitute on the way of the motor lead wire and
fix it according to the following drawing.

beforehand for the cover coming off

The motor electric wire is drawn in

the switch box and it fixes in the
banding band.
It saw the back of the switch box.
Because the ferrite core comes in
contact, the motor harness is not
fixed to the wire guide.

The ferrite core is turned and it binds
to the hole of the vinyl cover with the
wire of the motor through banding
band.
It binds so that ferrite core may come
near to the heat radiation fin side.

The high-voltage line is fixed to the

band made of the resin on the switch
box edge through the banding band.

The high-voltage line of the surplus
is bundled in the banding band.
The low-voltage side is similarly
bundled.

Binding band

The banding band of the addition is

passed through the hole in the ferrite
core.
The ferrite core is fixed with a part of
high-voltage line by using this
banding band.
The ferrite core is firmly fixed by the
above-mentioned work.
