The Professional Certificate in Leading &
Managing People is a weekend programme
designed for working professionals. It is
completed on a part-time basis in 6 months.
The training sessions are held outside of
working hours and during weekends.
The convenient schedule will permit working
professionals to manage their time efficiently
between work, home and study. The curriculum
and delivery is structured to reflect the needs of

During the assessment phase of this
programme, candidates must apply their

Entry Requirements
Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in any discipline from a
recognised university or professional body, with at least one year working
experience OR
Working adults with at least 3 years experience in any discipline at
executive level and above
Those that do not satisfy the above may apply to the University. Admission into the programme
will be subject to approval by the Admissions Committee.
