MANAGER OF ADMINISTRATION
Manage and lead full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, selection process,
compensation assessment, reference and background checks and orientation. Manage benefit plans to
include health, life, COBRA, LTD, STD, workers compensation, unemployment, and retirement; liaise with
benefits broker to ensure proper and compliant administration of benefit plans. Control key fiscal activities,
including preparation/administration of budgets, manage individual business credit card accounts, and
manage invoicing for accounts payable and receivable. Coordinate all aspects of compliance with applicable
federal and state laws, SEC and IRS requirements as well as evaluates ongoing HR policies, programs,
functions and activities in order to attract, retain and motivate high performing employees. Manage
administrative activities, including facilities management, property management, space, security, acquisition
and travel for management. Serve as the liaison between third party administrator, vendors and suppliers.
