STATEMENT:

I have ten years of experience in the design and construction industry. Five years were spent within the coating industry on the
selling and managing, to include brands such as ICI, Benjamin Moore, and recently, Richard’s Paint Mfg. I have incorporated
diversified knowledge to create a strong customer base supported by a vast array of suppliers for commercial/residential floor
coverings such as Shaw, Dal-tile etc, and related design materials. This has enabled me not only to manage a wide variety of
projects involving numerous trades, but to also focus on projects that cater towards hospitality, tenant, retail, municipal and
government orientations. This entails estimating, negotiating, and managing contracts as well as overseeing several jobsites.
Additionally, I am capable of supervising multiple projects simultaneously whilst continuing to work with clients and other
team members. I would consider myself a person keen to detail, customer satisfaction, practicality, and fairness. I am quick to
adapt to new systems or managerial preferences, and whole-heartedly commit myself to producing excellent projects, products
and sales. I would like to utilize these skills to integrate back into a firm environment in order to create functional, aesthetic
and design worthy projects for a variety of clients. I am skilled in space planning, schematic design and design development
processes. I am creative and innovative; organized, detailed and specific. I possess a pro-active and positive problem solving
approach and understand both theoretical and practical interior architectural concepts.
