I, NATSCI SCIENCE, of legal age, single, Filipino
citizen, and a resident of Cabato Road, Tetuan,
Zamboanga City.
1.This Judicial Affidavit of NATSCI SCIENCE for
Criminal Case No. 51321 is prepared in English
which is a language known to me;
2.I am the witness against the person of Private
Complainant Mrs. Myrna Chua;
3.My
direct
examination
was
conducted
by
ATTY.________________, on June 25, 2014 at his
Office, Dialo Boangabong and Associates law
Office located at Rm. 1,2/F, B/g bldg., Veterans
Avenue,. Zamboanga City.
4.I answered the questions fully conscious and
under oath fully aware that I may face criminal
liability for false testimony or perjury;

Nothing to talk with her regarding with the septic
tank.

A-12 : Without any provocation from aunt Lulu, Mrs Chua
attacked my sister.
Q-13: How did Mrs. Nothing attack Lulu?
A-13: Mrs Chua tried to hit aunt Lulu with a piece of
2x2x ft. coconut wood that she used as a stopper in
her main door.
Q-14 : What happened when Mrs. Nothing attacked Lulu?
A-14 : I saw that aunt Lulu prevented her attacks by
holding her hands and eventually removed the wood that
she was holding at that moment.

Q-13 : Prior and during the heated arguments, do you know

where Sonny was?
A-13 : Sonny was having his tutorial at Mrs. Yees
Residence.
Q-14 : During the physical altercation, do you know
where Sonny was?
A-14 : Yes sir, in the middle of the physical
altercation, Sonny boy arrived.
Q-15 : Upon Sonnys arrival, what did sonny do if any?
A-15 : After that, Sonny tried to pacify Mrs. Nothing
and aunt Lulu.
Q-16: Does Sonny was able to pacify them?
A-16 : yes, with the help of our uncle___________.
Q-17 : What happened after they pacified Mrs. Nothing
and Lulu?
A-17 : It turned out that Mrs. Nothing got angry with
Uncle Sonny.
Q-18 : Why do you say so?
A-18 : Because Mrs. Nothing was already making a scene.
Q-19 : What particular acts, if any?
A-19 : She attempted to hit uncle sonny.
Q-20 : What did she use to hit Sonny?
A-20 : A bamboo stick that was
marker/fence by our neighbour.

A-21: Unfortunately Sir, No.
Q-22 : Was Mrs. Nothing was hurt by hitting Sonny?
A-22: She wasnt also hurt Sir.

Q-23 : According to the allegation of Mrs. Nothing, she

acquired some abrasions, do you know what have caused
it ?
A-23 : Due to the physical altercation between Lulu and
Mrs. Nothing.
Q-24 : What happened after that day?
Q-24 : Nothing else Sir.
Q-25 : But, after two years, on May 2014 what had
happened?
A-25 : Another argument occurred between Mrs. Nothing
and Uncle Sonny.
Q-25 : What was it all about?
A-25: It was all about the septic tank.
Q-26 : Where were you at that moment it happened?
A-26: I was there at our house together with Jerry,
Dave and Jerico.
Q-27 : What were you doing that day?
A-27 : I together with them were
constructing a gate.

A-28: My uncle Sony Boy arrived.
Q-29: After Sonny arrived, what happened?
A-29 :Mrs. Nothing started murmuring unpleasant words
about the septic tank and that makes uncle Sonny went
closer to the septic tank to check if theres something
wrong which made Mrs. Nothing annoyed
Q-30: After Sonny was able to check the septic tank,
what happened then?
A-30: Mrs. Nothing immediately got her 2x2x ft wood
that she used as a stopper in her main door and tried
to strike Sonny.

Q-31 : What did sonny do, if any?

A-31: I saw Sonny prevented Mrs. Nothing by trying to
push her away.
Q-32 : In preventing Mrs. Nothing from attacking Sonny,
did you do anything else?
A-32: Nothing sir.
Q-33 : So Sonny did not choke her?
A-33 : No, he didnt.
Q-34: Did Mrs. Nothing fall on the ground?
A-34: No sir.
Q-35: After pushing Mrs. Nothing, what happened next?
A-35: I saw Mrs. Nothing not contended that she was not
able to hit my brother, went inside her house and
grabbed a plain metal sheet and threw it to Sonny.
Q-36 : Did the plain metal sheet hit Sonny?
A-36 : No it didnt sir.
Q-37 : Did she do anything else after throwing the metal
sheet to Sonny?
A-37 : Yes sir, she armed herself with a bolo.
Q-38: What did Mrs. Nothing do with the bolo if you
know?
A-38: She wanted to stub Uncle Sonny.
Q-39: Was there any chance of Mrs. Nothing to hit
Sonny?
A-39 No because uncle sonny already went inside the
house and I prevented her by forcibly closing the door
of her house so that she cannot go out from her house.
Q-40 : Was she hurt in any way when you prevented her?
A-40 : No Sir,

Q-41 : It was stated in the complaint that Mrs Chua got

abrasions, how was it possible?
A-41 : It was due to her course of actions that she was
alleging that she got abrasions.
Q-42 : As of this moment, I have nothing more to ask
from you, do you have anything else more to say or add
to your testimonies.
A-42 : Nothing else sir, everything is well said.
