Spotlight Bonus
Every
month,
a
Spotlight
bonus
of
$50
will
go
to
one
tester
with
the
most
tests
over
goal.*
An
interview
will
be
conducted
to
highlight
the
work
and
innova6on
of
this
individual.
Interviews
will
sent
out
through
email
and
will
be
featured
on
the
CBT
Outreach
website.
A
weekly
email
with
the
top
ten
testers
na6onally
will
be
sent
to
all
tes6ng
sta
to
enable
comparison
of
their
eorts
against
a
na6onal
team
as
well
as
encouragement
for
winning
the
leadership
bonus
for
the
next
month.
You
will
also
be
able
to
view
the
weekly
leaders
via
the
message
board
on
the
CBT
Outreach
website.
