Philosophy

Large investments in a small group of dedicated


sta creates greater impact than mul6ple small
investments in an exceedingly large sta.

What is cbt?
CBT is an ini6a6ve that incen6vizes testers for each test that is
performed over a percentage of a set monthly base goal through
monthly bonuses
Goals are a@ainable and calculated considering the minimum
acceptable performance for each site
Amounts paid for each test over goal can increase depending on the
individual testers ability to complete monthly strategy achievements
Testers have poten6al to receive bonuses up to 20% of their current
salary
CBT 2.0 gives testers the opportunity to connect with each other
na6onally to share ideas and oer support though the CBT Outreach
website

Positive bonus
Requirements:
qClient is a new posi6ve (not tes6ng for services)
qCompleted tes6ng algorithm (Ins6 & Conrmatory test)
qClient contact informa6on is accurate and posi6ve check list
is completed
qClient speaks with the Linkage Specialist
BONUS: $50 per New Positive identified and completes
requirements. Bonus will be paid once the client attends 1st
visit.
** Testers can check in with linkage sta to check the progress
of the client iden6ed

VIP Bonus
All testers at the site which achieves 100% of its monthly
goal will receive a $50 VIP Bonus for the month
The VIP bonus is not limited in the amount of testers that
can achieve VIP status in one month
You are not limited to a number of months for being a
VIP
VIPs will be asked to contribute to an all tester Best of
guide and will have an opportunity to create and develop
a new qualifying Strategy Enhancer for addi6on to the
na6onal Fixed Site CBT program

Spotlight Bonus
Every month, a Spotlight bonus of $50 will go to one tester
with the most tests over goal.*
An interview will be conducted to highlight the work and
innova6on of this individual. Interviews will sent out through
email and will be featured on the CBT Outreach website.
A weekly email with the top ten testers na6onally will be sent
to all tes6ng sta to enable comparison of their eorts against
a na6onal team as well as encouragement for winning the
leadership bonus for the next month. You will also be able to
view the weekly leaders via the message board on the CBT
Outreach website.

Recruitment
strategies
All testers are encouraged to use their own personal social
networks to recruit clients for tes6ng
All testers may be provided with business cards at their request
The more aggressive you are with outreach/recruitment = more $
$$
Quality assurance is s6ll vital

Performance
Standards
Sites that achieve 100% of their monthly tes6ng goal will receive a
$50 VIP bonus per tester
To qualify for commission, the tester must achieve a minimum of
80% of their monthly goal. All tests performed over 79% will be
calculated for commission
Performance of or below 69% of goal will be ini6ate a plan of
improvement to support sta eorts and may grounds for
performance based disciplinary ac6on

The Fine Print


If tester is on a nal write up, they will not be eligible for CBT
for 3 months
If tester has more than 1% errors on tes6ng form per month,
they will be disciplined accordingly (verbal, wri@en, nal, etc.)
Major errors only Please see your manager for specics
Any fraudulent ac6vi6es or not following any CBT protocols
can result in automa6c discharge
i.e. making up false tests, not following algorithm, etc.
Falsifying strategy bonus verica6on
**Repeated inability to achieve monthly base goal may result
in disciplinary ac6on
