1. This Admit Card is valid only if it is produced along with the Photo Identity Card.
2. Candidate should write his/her Roll Number in word in the allotted space at top of the cover sheet of the answer script. The Roll Number should also be
written in figures in the box and appropriate circles be darkened of the OMR portion provided on the right hand corner with Blue or Black ball point pen.
The Sub Code should also be written in figures in the box and appropriate circles be darkened of the OMR portion provided beside the Roll No. portion on
the right hand corner of the cover sheet of answer script with Blue or Black ball point pen. Appropriate circles be darkened of the OMR portion for
"Medium" (English/Hindi) beside the Subject Code portion of the cover sheet of answer script with Bue or Black ball point pen.
3. The answer script of the Candidates who change their allotted seats at the examination hall are liable to cancellation.
4. The Candidates can avail himself/herself of the exemption granted to him/her. But, if he/she appears in the subject or subjects in which exemption has been
granted, the same is automatically withdrawn.

EXAMINATION RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES


1. All answer must be written either in English or Hindi. Those desirous of using Hindi Medium should exercise their option at the time of signing the
Attendance Roll in the Examination Hall by way of simply stating immediately after the signature "HINDI MED"..
2. The Name of the Candidate and Centre allotted to him/her must not appear anywhere in the answer book.
3. The Door of the Examination Hall shall be opened each day fifteen minutes before the time fixed for the commencement of each examination. Each
Candidate must take the seat allotted to him/her before the commencement of each examination. A late-comer, who is not late by more than fifteen minutes,
may be allowed to take the examination only at the discretion of the Officer-in-charge.
4. Each candidate must produce his/her Admit Card and Identity Card to the Officer-in-charge or any other person authorized by him before entering the
Hall or at any time during the examination.
5. No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Hall before expiry of one hour since commencement of each examination.
6. Candidate found with any book, paper, notes etc. (except Admit Card, Identity Card and the examination Time Table) during the examination or using any
unfair means at the examination shall be expelled from the Hall and be liable to such further disciplinary action against him/her as the Council may consider
necessary.
7. Answer to questions shall be given only in the answer books to be supplied at the Examination Hall, Answers must be written on both sides of the paper.
Each answer should be started on a new page. Additional sheets will be provided to candidates only when the candidate writes out on both sides of the
pages of the answer book first supplied to him/her. Such additional sheet should be signed by the invigilator and number of additional sheets used, to be
mentioned on the cover page of the answer book in the specified box duly signed by the invigilator. When additional sheets are used those must be securely
fastened with original book by the candidate himself/herself before being delivered to the Officer-in-charge.
8. Each candidate must sign the Attendance Sheet and afix the barcoded stiker on the space allotted in the answer script each day and for each paper in
which he/she is appearing, and in no case he/she should leave the Examination Hall without signing the Attendance Sheet. Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the relevant answer book liable to cancellation.

9. Every candidate must provide for himself/herself pen, pencil, scale and mathematical instruments. Mathematical Tables, if considered necessary to be
supplied, shall be supplied on demand at the Examination Hall which must be returned to the Officer-in-charge before leaving the Hall.
10. Students are permitted to use their own battery operated Non-Programmable Calculators in the Examination Hall.
11.Use as well as physical possession of Pager, Mobile Phone, Digital Diary and other electronic gadgets/device, in any form is strictly prohibited. Any
candidate found in possession of above gadgets during the exam will be dealt with under the clause resorting to adoption of unfair means in the examination
and the result of such candidates will be liable to be cancelled by the Institute.
12.Exemptions of paper(s) are valid only for 3 consecutive terms of examinations, immediately succeeding the term in which the student had secured
exemption in the particular paper(s) by appearance in examination.
