Verification report as regards the authenticity of medical
certificate received.
It is reported that A-1 was admitted in Dr. RML Hospital
on 29.03.2015 at about 11.35 PM and has left in morning on
30.03.2015 without any proper discharge from the hospital.
In these circumstances, it cannot be said that the accused
is even suffering from medical ailment which calls for his admission in
the hospital or that in fact he is hospitalized and as such exemption
application does not inspire any confidence. Hence, application for
exemption is dismissed.

absent and his exemption has been declined, the two PWs present
today are not examined and discharged for today.
