Louie off. Brenda received text messages from Louie's phone stating that the van would be back that same night. WHen I spoke

to Louie, he stated that he brought the van to a salvage yard in Emmetsburg. Louie stated that he got a check from the salvage yard and cashed the
check. Louie stated that he had the title. I had a handwriting analysis look at the signatures who verified Louie was the person who signed the title.
