COPPERNICO PROSPECT HIGHLIGHTS

Coppernico prospect is located in XXX, Per at 1600 m.a.s.l. Central claim

coordinates are XXX psad56 z18S (needs a signed CA).

Accessibility is very good from XXX city along a province road with 2 hrs driving (70
Km aprox).

Mining property consists of 700 has under Quippu Exploraciones ownership. Another
200 Has of third parties property is on advanced stage negotiation.

Coppernico evidences a porphyry Cu-Mo system with a central outcropping core of

600x600 m of quartz-sericite altered intrusive with copper oxide mineralization mainly
associated to quartz veining. It is surrounded by sericite-(clay)-propylithic halo with Fe
ox fracturing with Mo contents up to 229 ppm in rock chip samples.

A preliminary conservative ore potential is estimated in 90 Million MT, centered in the

600 x 600 x 100 m Cu Ox block with an average grade of 0.6% Cu, 90 ppm Mo, but
the overall deposit potential could be substantially increased over an area of at least
1 x 2 Km, where geochemical anomalies and porphyry style alteration occurs.

No modern systematic exploration has been held in the prospect. Further work must
include grid rock-soil sampling, trenching, mapping, ground magnetics - IP
geophysics, at an estimated budget of $150,000. A scout 1500 drilling campaign
must be designed upon surface work results.

Geological setting, mineralization textures and alteration assemblages show in

Coppernico prospect are an expression of porphyry Cu Mo system.

Regional geological setting comprises from older to younger units (also from west to
east) the late cretaceous Peruvian Coastal Batholith which intrudes low to mid
cretacic volcano - sedimentary formations.

At project scale, granodiorite of Coastal Batholith is intruding andesite flows at

topographic highs, but on lower parts, granodiorite is likely intruded by younger
feldspar-quartz monzonite dykes.

Observed alteration assemblages include a core of phyllic and silicic alteration (600 x
600 m) within an envelope of fracture controlled phyllic and propylitic (1 x 2 Km)
alterations.

On surface, mineralization is centered in the 600 x 600 m phyllic and silicic core and it
is associated predominantly to copper oxides in fractures, veins and stockworks.
Veins consists on 1 to 3 quartz phases. Trace chalcocite was also observed. The
average copper content of this core zone is 0.6% Cu. The phyllic and propylithic
envelope also shows a strong D type (Feox>Qz) fracturing style with strong Moly
anomalies up to 229 ppm Mo.
