Remarks
Lilibeth was quite hesitant at first
about the proposed activities. She
said she is thin and there is no
need for her to lose weight. After
hearing the health teachings, she
was glad to know that it is
important that other parts of the
body must be functioning well in
order to live a healthy and long
life. And that encouraged her to
comply. Agustin confessed that he
has no time for cardiovascular
and weight bearing exercises due
to his tight schedule at work and
promised to give himself a time to
perform the said health teachings.

Remarks
Elizabeth was passing the blame
to her nephews who were also
using the same toilet concerning
unclean toilet and comfort room.
After hearing the health teaching,
she made a plan to tell and
remind
her
nephews
the
importance of a clean toilet and
comfort room and have it check
regularly if it is followed.
The family showed interest on the
problem by paying attention on
the health teachings, asking for
details about the different safe
techniques in insect control, and
responding
to
the
activities
suggested.
