Alloyed and plain steel, cast iron, platings, plastics*, welds, nonferrous metals, products of powder metallurgy, steatite,
ceramics*, other synthetic materials.
*check for adequacy
MET-L-Chek, Standard- Chek & Nord-Test*
Used in temperature ranges from -5 to + 50. In low temperatures (from -5 to + 10 ) it is necessary to increase time of
penetrating. One must take into account peculiar specifications according to DIN EN ISO 3452 part 2 & EN 571 part 1. For
examination in higher temperatures (from +10 to + 175 ) Super-Chek was especially developed..
MET-L-Chek, checked and approved
DIN EN ISO 3452-2, EN 571, KWU correspond to requirements: Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, Bureau Central
Hollandais, Germanischer Lloyd, MIL-I-25135/QPL-25135, AMS 2644, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel, ASTM E-165,
ASTM-E1417, certificated NAVSEA 250-1500-1, RDT & EdF, RCC-
Standard- Chek & Nord-Test examined and approved according to :
DIN EN ISO 3452-2, EN 571, KWU correspond to requirements Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, Bureau Central
Hollandais, Germanischer Lloyd, MIL-I-25135/QPL-25135, AMS 2644, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel, ASTM E-165,
ASTM-E1417.
Content of sulfur is determined according to ASTM D 516-88, examination of the content of halogens (fluorine and chlorine) is
determined in accordance with ASTM E 165-91, application 2, method A and ASTM E 165-91, application 3.

KDS-Test panel
Twin KDS Panel, with the cracked sections side by side, facilitate quick and
accurate determination of relative defect visibility.
Twin KDS Panel, with the grit blasted sections side by side, make
fluorescent background comparison simple.
Twin KDS Panel comes in two models.
Model WW for use with Method A water washable penetrants. Model PE for
use with Method B,C,D nonwater-washable penetrants.
The difference between two models is in crack size. Model WW cracks range
from 1/22 1/6 inches while Model PE cracks range from 1/64 to
1/11inches.
Twin KDS PE
Twin KDS WW
Comparator UTE-3
Designed for right determination of ultraviolet radiation intensity at workplace
if using fluorescent penetrants.
Used to compare size of pores and comparison board of optical probes with
text according to Jger 1 and Jger 2.

The concept of catalitically selective estimation of hydrogen by a special semiconductor sensor is a basis of the
leak detector Mixture of nitrogen (95 %) and hydrogen (5%) is used as an indicator gas. This mixture isnt
flammable (ISO 10156)is not toxic or corrosive, nor dangerous to the environment and much more chipper then
expensive helium.

The basis of the detector is so called Selective Ion Pump Detector SIPD. Principe of the work is as
following: helium is heated up to a certain temperature, penetrates special quartz membrane (which is
permeable only for helium atom). Detector senses helium and sends a signal, which force is proportional to the
quantity of helium, having penetrated through the quartz membrane. Signal amplitude represents the size of leak.

An ultra-fine grain, high contrast ASTM Class I film having excellent sharpness and high discrimination characteristics. It
is suitable for use with any low atomic number material where fine image detail is imperative. Its ultra-fine grain makes it
useful in high energy, low subject contrast applications where high curie isotopes or high output X-ray machines permit its
use. Wide exposure latitude has been demonstrated in high subject contrast applications.IX50 is generally used in direct
exposure techniques or with lead screens.
An extremely fine grain, high contrast ASTM Class I film suitable for detection of minute defects. It is applicable to the
inspection of low atomic number materials with low kilovoltage X-ray sources as well as inspection of higher atomic
number materials with high kilovoltage X-ray or gamma ray sources. Wide exposure latitude has been demonstrated in
high subject contrast applications. IX80 is generally used in direct exposure techniques or with lead screens.
A very fine grain, high contrast ASTM Class II film suitable for the inspection of light metals with low activity radiation
sources and for inspection of thick, higher density specimens with high kilovoltage X-ray or gamma ray sources. Wide
exposure latitude has been demonstrated in high contrast subject applications. Although IX100 is generally used in direct
exposure techniques or with lead screens, it is suitable for use with fluorescent or fluorometallic screens.
A high speed, fine grain, high contrast ASTM Class III film suitable for inspection of a large variety of specimens with lowto-high kilovoltage X-ray and gamma ray sources. It is particularly useful when gamma ray sources of high activity are
unavailable or when very thick specimens are to be inspected. It is also useful in X-ray diffraction work. IX150 is used in
direct exposure techniques or with lead screens.

The HELLING DYKEMTEXPEN stands out for its distinctive fine, medium and bold oil-based paint markings. Its stainless steel
ball valve action tip writes through oil, grease and underwater without losing legibility or brightness even in extreme weather
conditions.
The HELLING DYKEM DALO Marker is a marking pen with medium, and bold tips that hold a high capacity of oil-based paint
and it is a larger version of the HELLING DYKEMTEXPEN.

HELLING DYKEMBRITE-MARK
The HELLING DYKEMBRITE-MARK is a general purpose marker that writes on almost any surface and features different tip
sizes for clear, bold markings. Its quick drying, oil-based paint withstands indoor and outdoor conditions, including acid and
alkaline rain without fading, chipping or losing opacity. The HELLING DYKEMBRITE-MARK pens can be used to permanently
identify inventory, assemblies, tools, finished products or working-in-progress while resisting most work related abuses or
compounds.
Benefits:
Valve action mechanism prevents paint in barrel from drying when cap is left off

The HELLING DYKEMRINZ OFFTM and The HELLING DYKEMSUDZ OFFTM water removable ink marker and the HELLING
DYKEMSUDZ OFFTM detergent removable ink marker write on non-treated, non-painted metal, glass, ceramic and some plastic
surfaces and can be removed, leaving no ghosting. The markers feature a fibre tip ink pen that can be used indoors and
outdoors on any smooth nonporous surface and will not react with paint systems (should be tested for suitability). The HELLING

The HELLING ACTION MARKER 44 and the HELLING ACTION MARKER Fine Line are dye-based ink pens with a valve
action fibre tip that writes on any smooth surface. The HELLING ACTION MARKER 44 has a threaded end that can be
screwed into a jig or apparatus for continuous identification application. It is used to make broad markings on any smooth
surface, The HELLING ACTION MARKER Fine Line is lightweight and writes fine, distinctive markings. Both markers feature a
clip to secure the pen in your pocket or on your clipboard.
Benefits:
Inks are able to withstand oil, dirt, grease and extreme weather conditions
6 to 8 times the writing life of most other capillary markers of comparable size
