ISCIPLINARY ADMINISTRATOR
701 Jackson St
1st Floor
Topeka, Ks 666 3
Administrator:
I have had a doc eted complaint against Timothy Fielder with your office in Case No.
DA12-,181 since ctober 31, 201~ and have still not found out the resolution of this
complaint. Atto ey Timothy Grillot has never informed me ifhe hasfinishedthis
complaint, recu ed himself for conflict of interest, or dismissed it which I don't see how
because at the v ry, very least he should receive a reprimand for where attorney Timothy
Fielder resorts to name calling and insulting me and on statement D on page 2 of the evidence that I
already sent in th "RESPONSETO PLAINTIFFS'OBJECTIONTO THE OCTOBER6, 2014 ORDER
"their objection d plays a truculent and immature" he also says that our objection "smacks of
"RESPONSETO P INTIFFS'OBJECTIONTO THE OCTOBER6,2014 ORDER a be11~rent attitude
toward the co
and such objection is contemptuous". When an attorney suggests contempt of
court for merely ing an objection and the attorney has sat in the exact same judicial chair as Judge
Loy is sitting in c se number 2014CV7P it tends to get scarey in court when you can't even present
your case withou fear of contempt because the attorney and judge are co-workers in the same 11tit
judicial courthou e in Pittsburg Kansas at the Judicial Center. Especially when it see~s to be a
Judicial Ethic Opi ion violation of JE Opinion 1995 JE-57 which says "Continuing part-time judge"
and "periodic pa -time judge," as defined in the terminology section of Ru1e601A, all prohibited
from practicing I before the court they serve. (Definitions were deleted from terminology section
on July 15, 1996.
Attorney Fielder ontinues his name calling in statement 4 when he actually puts t~ in a motion
which I am shoe d he said this and he says "The ignorance and silliness.of the author of the
plaintiffs allegati ns are readily apparent"!!!! I have included a copy of the June 7,2011 Docket No.
rns, In the Matt r of A.J.Wachter where Judge Wachter received a "caution" for his use of the term
"peanut gallery" hich the Commission acknowledged was inappropriate and Judge Wachter
expressed regret or his use of "peanut gallery". Being called "ignorant and silly" and "truculent and
immature" are w rse demeaning nicknames that peanut gallery so I would at the very least expect a
reprimand for th willful misconduct of the word choices Timothy Fielder used. I have also
included a copy Administrative Order No. 113which shows "The Disciplinary Administrator
Oversight Commi een investigates complaints against Stanton Hazlett and his staff. I think since I
complained on T' othy Grillot during this investigation for conflicts of interest with Robert
Fleming in this c e that "The Disciplinary Administrator Oversight Committee" should finish this
investigation an reprimand Timothy Fielder for his misconduct. I don't even know what to do in
this case until thi investigation is complete. I want to file a motion for a hearing iQ case number
201453PA in Lab tte County but don't feel comfortable until I find out the resolution ofDA12, 181
In The Matter of imothy L. Fielder.

Travis Carlton
