Dear Mr. Tiwari
With reference to your application and interview you had with us we are pleased to
engage you as Management Trainee with effect from 28th April, 2015 for a period of two
months ending on 27th June, 2015 in our Accounts Department.
1. Duties and Responsibilities
As a Trainee in Accounts Department, you will report to the Chief Editor and discharge
your functional duties under the direct supervision of the Accounts Manager Mr. Rahul
Sharma. The Company however reserves right at its sole discretion, tore-assign your
duties and the supervisory authority during the Term of your tenure.
You shall at all times efficiently, diligently and faithfully carry out the duties assigned to
you and act in the best interest of the Company. You shall obey all orders/ directions
given to you by the Company or any officer duly authorized in that behalf. You shall not
without the prior written consent of the company represent or take any action that could
in any way cause the Company to incur any liability or result in non-compliance by the
Company with any law.
2. Compensation
During the Term of your training you will be paid an all inclusive consolidated stipend of
Rs.25,000/- per month.
3. Working Hours
Your usual office timings will be 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and
10.00a.m. to 1.30p.m. on Saturday during which you would be required to carry out your
duties. The Company reserves the right to change these office timings, as it may deem
necessary or expedient.

-2However your attendance and presence at the place of work will be subject to the
completion of any duties assigned to you without the benefit of any overtime payment.
4. Notice of Termination
Your engagement as a Trainee may be terminated by the Company at any time without
assigning any reason during the term of training by giving you one (I) months written
notice or payment of one months stipend in lieu thereof. In the event of your submitting
a resignation, you will also be required to give one (1) months written notice to the
Company or payment of one months fee in lieu thereof.
5. Confidentiality
You acknowledge and agree that during the Term of your training, you will come across
information of confidential nature relating to the operations of the Company, in associates
and any other commercial information (such as services, agreements, undertakings,
dealings, financial matters or relationship with various parties) which requires to be
protected and kept confidential either by contract or otherwise (Confidential
Information).
You agree and undertake to keep such confidential information strictly confidential at all
times and not to utilize, disclose or divulge any Confidential Information to any person,
firm or body corporate or to make it public in any manner whether directly or indirectly,
whether for consideration or otherwise, except as authorized by the Company.
Any use or disclosure of the Confidential Information and any breach or violation of this
clause, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes or for any other purpose,
whether for consideration or otherwise either directly or indirectly, by you shall constitute
misappropriation of the same. It shall also amount to the breach of trust on your part and
your commitment to the Company. You agree that the obligation and undertaking to
maintain the confidentiality of the confidential information shall survive the termination
of your tenure with the Company, whether with or without cause. Your obligation
hereunder shall not apply to any portion of the confidential information, the disclosure of
which is mandated by law.

Acceptance
I have read the terms and conditions set out in this letter and accept the same. I
understand that my acceptance of the offer of Training on the terms specified shall form a
contract of employment between Filmi Duniya and myself.
