Within one year grew client base three-fold to 950 clients. Continued to utilize effective business

Started up BJ Tax Inc., growing it into an attractive acquisition and selling it to Jackson
Hewitt. Developed and implemented strategic plan, opening one office and shortly thereafter,
adding another office. Key clients included small businesses and franchise operators. Consulted
on payroll and sales tax. Implemented cost effective budget and marketing programs while
providing prompt customer service. Grew business from 250 to 2800 clients.
Purchased and improved Texaco gas station, selling it for triple the initial investment.
Analyzed current business model and identified opportunity for growth. Added grill and
restaurant, increasing monthly food sales from $16K to $55K. Changed hours of operation,
reducing cost of being open during non-productive times.
Grew Mobil gas store into profitable acquisition, selling it at more than two-and-a-half

My education encompasses an MBA in Finance from Dallas Baptist University,


an MM (Master of Management) with a major in Information Systems from the
University of Dallas and a BS in Industrial Technology from Jackson State University, I
am bilingual in English and Arabic and hold dual citizenship in the US and Jordan.

I am currently in the process of exploring new career options. My goal is to find a


senior level management position in a company (preferred in Middle East) where I can
utilize my experience, skills and versatility to help a growing company prosper.
Titles are much less important to me than long-term opportunity.
