Colors of the Gospel Presentation

The Gold Color represents Heaven: God loves us and wants us to spend eternity with Him in Heaven.
The Bible says in Revelations 21:21, And the street of the city was pure gold like clear glass.

This verse means Heaven is a beautiful place God has prepared for those who have a relationship with
Him.

May I ask you a question?

1. If you died today, do you know for sure you would spend eternity with God?
2. If God asked you, Why should I let you into my Heaven? How would you answer Him?
The Bible says we can know that we have eternal life because 1John 5:13 says, These things I have written to you
who believe in the name of the Son of God; that you may know you have eternal life.
Many people dont know for sure if they are going to heaven because of sin in their hearts.
The Black Color represents our hearts dirty with sin: When we sin, we disobey God.
The Bible says in Romans 3:23, For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
This verse means everyone has disobeyed God, I have disobeyed God. Have you disobeyed God?
The Bible says in Romans 6:23, For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus
our Lord.
When we sin, all we earn is death and separation from God, but when we accept Gods gift to us, we get
to live forever with Him.
The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9, For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from
yourselves, it is the gift of God 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
Eternal life is a gift that God offers; not something we can work for. You can either accept or reject Gods
gift of eternal life.
If we reject Gods gift, we will spend eternity away from God in a place called Hell.
The Red Color represents the blood of Jesus Christ: Did you know that Jesus is the Son of God?
The Bible says in John 3:16, For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
God loves you so much He was willing to give His Son for you so that you can live with Him in Heaven.
I would like to tell you a few more important things about Jesus Christ:
Jesus Christ lived a perfect, sinless life. (ref. 1 Peter 2:21-22)
Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for our sins. (ref. Romans 5:8)
Jesus Christ came back from the dead and is in Heaven preparing a place for those who believe in Him.
(ref. John 14:2-3)
Would you like to be sure you are going to Heaven when you die?
In order for us to know for sure we will spend eternity with God, we need to have a clean heart.

The White Color represents a clean heart: Only Jesus can clean our hearts from sin.
The Bible says in Romans 10:9 If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
This verse means when a person is saved they no longer have to fear death in Hell.
(ref. John 1:12)

Would you like to put your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and receive Him in your heart to be sure you have
eternal life?

Before we put our faith in the Lord Jesus, the Bible says we must repent of our sins.
When we repent, we turn away from a life of disobedience to God and begin to follow His plan for our lives.

Would you like to pray with me and surrender your life to the Lord Jesus Christ?

We use prayer to speak to God. He hears us and knows when we speak from our hearts.
I can say a prayer and you can repeat after me.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I know I have disobeyed you and dont deserve eternal life. Please forgive me. I
repent of my sins today and open my heart to you. I give you control of my life. Lead me to follow You
forever. Amen.
Congratulations! The Bible says in Luke 15:10, Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of
God over one sinner who repents.
The angels in heaven are celebrating because now your name is written in the book of life! (ref. Luke 10:20)

The Green Color represents new life: When Jesus gives us new life, we experience Gods plan for our lives.
The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17, Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the
new has come.

This verse means God has put our past behind us so that we can have a fresh start.

Id like to share with you a few things I do regularly to keep growing in my new life with Christ:
I pray: Prayer is simply talking with God. I know He loves me and wants to hear from me
(ref. 1 John 5:14-15).
I attend church: I spend time with other believers in Jesus Christ to be encouraged and to grow in love
(ref. Acts 2:42).
I read my Bible: Reading the Bible is like having a good map for a journey. When I read it, I discover the
path that pleases the Lord. Do you have a Bible? (ref. 1 Peter 2:2)
I obey God: Obeying God shows me that my faith in Him is real (ref. John 3:36).
If you have time please read I John 5:11-13 and Luke 8:1-15 to help the new believer start their relationship with
God with confidence.
