21. Shift work


24/7 Work schedule
When working offshore most common is a 12 hours shift: 12 hours work, 12
hours rest.
Night shift 6 PM 6 AM
Day shift 6 AM 6 PM
Rotation schedule: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

22. Crew change


Workforce is replaced at the end of work period
Rotation schedule: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Crew change normally takes place in the weekends.
