Basic Steps:

The SuperLED will transition from solid red to blinking yellow to blinking
red or green.

The Digitizer, Controller and Timing subsystems are started when power is
connected to the Taurus
Typically about 3 minutes
After 2 minutes, press and hold the center button for 1 second to activate
the display (10 to 15 seconds)
