This project ties into the Unilever's global vision of doubling its size as well as reducing its environmental impact.
The aim is to achieve water reduction target of -25% in households. Right now it takes 20 gallon water per load for
hand dishwashing
The project objective is three fold. We need to evaluate the size of business opportunities tools that help:
improve water quality, drive efficient water use in hand dishwashing and water storage.
The ELP team from ISB needs to suggest possible business model for developing & launching these tools in India that would
fit the Vim brand & Unilever.
