Description of the site organization chart.
Project Manager:
- The Project Manager is assigned by Project Management Board - to be in charge of management of
Project.
- Act as the first line contact for issue related to contracts, budgets, and service performance.
- Manage the project to meet the requirements of project.
- Manage all of joint venture member and provide information to the construction team.

Technical Mangement Specialisst

- The Technical Management specialist is assigned by Project Management Board - to be in charge of

documents and construction control.

- The Design Unit is assigned by LILAMA 18 JSC. - to be charge of management of the design & doc

Site Manager:

- The Site Manager is the head of the project management team at site. The Site Manager is responsib
