UNILAB UNISUITE PLATFORM

UNISUITE is the smart platform and unique tool for design and rating of shell & tube, plate, tube in tube and coaxial heat
exchangers.
All software use the library REFPROP of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). It also comprises the
thermodynamic and thermophysical properties of more than 300 liquids & gases, and 12 mixtures of liquids, many of
them commonly used in the Chemical & Petrochemical fields. Each software integrates correction factors, which lets
the user to align results with the experimental data. Our calculation models are supported by almost 30 years of research & expertise. Our products represent a consolidated value for the HVAC industry, and they can be used in the Power Generation, Food & Pharmaceutical industries.

UNISUITE SHELL
This is the only software in the world that allows the automated
design of a new heat exchanger from zero (Design from
Scratch) without specifying any dimensional parameters! With
UNISUITE SHELL, simply selecting the fluids, setting the working
conditions (temperatures and required capacity) and the desired
tube model, the software will generate in a few seconds a number of high-efficiency heat exchangers that achieve the required
capacity. It will also generate a 3D drawing in 1:1 scale, ready to
be exported for further analysis. You can also save it into the
programs database so that you can create a new series of exchangers, or just recall e previous project.
The new heat exchanger will be compatible with the TEMA 9 in
all its prerogatives. Additionally, if the required capacity is too
high, the software will automatically split the power required
into a finite number of exchangers.
UNISUITE SHELL allows you to select, rate or design exchangers
in 7 different calculation typologies: fluid-fluid, evaporation inside/outside tubes, condensation inside/outside tubes, flooded
evaporators, steam.

UNISUITE PHE
Thermal design software for the verification and the selection
of Plate Heat Exchangers. It uses the power and flexibility of
our easy-to-use graphical interface to let you estimate in detail
the geometrys performance. You can easily realize your own
mixed design calculation, with plates of various inclination
angles. The user can choose between fluid-fluid calculations
(without phase change), direct expansion, condensation and
steam.

UNISUITE COAX
Software that allows you to verify and design coaxial heat exchangers of the following types: fluid-fluid, evaporation, condensation, vapor inside/outside the tubes. A powerful program
that guides the designer to the realization of high-efficiency
heat exchangers as quick as possible. It allows you to design a
heat exchanger from scratch without setting any dimensional
parameters. Specifying only the fluids temperature/flow rates,
the required capacity and the maximum pressure drops, it will
automatically calculate one or more high-efficient heat exchangers that achieve the required capacity with a minimum
pressure drop. After that, you can review the results, select
one of the many combinations generated and send the documents made directly to the production department, including
the 3D design of the heat exchanger in 1:1 scale, exportable in
many CAD formats.

UNISUITE TUBE IN TUBE

Software that allows you to verify, measure and select tube-intube heat exchangers of the following types: fluid-fluid, evaporation, condensation, vapor inside/outside of the tubes. It
guides the designer to design the heat exchangers with the
highest efficiency in the shortest time. It is the only software in
the world that allows you to design a heat exchanger from
scratch without setting any dimensional parameter. Specifying
only the fluids temperature/flow rates, the required capacity
and maximum pressure drop, the software will automatically
calculate one or more high-efficient heat exchangers that
achieve the required capacity with the lowest pressure drop.
You will only have to review the results, select one of the many
combinations generated and send the documents produced
by UNISUITE TUBE IN TUBE directly to the production department, including the 3D design of the heat exchanger in 1:1
scale, which is exportable in many CAD formats.
