Introductory Paragraph:
It is been a year since the Armageddon descended from heaven on
central Philippines when typhoon Yolanda with an international name
Haiyan devastated the surface with its once-in-a- generation strength with
speed reaching up to 300 kilometers per hour. It condemned the land by
taking the lives of more than 6300 people and damages worth 89 billion
pesos. In spite of the destruction caused by the typhoon, world organization,
other countries and people from the world poured overwhelming help for
the rehabilitation of the affected areas. Even with the existing out- pouring
funds collected that is said to be enough to repair the damages in Yolandahit-areas, it

seemed that the rehabilitation process is sluggish. As seen in

TV, many victims are outraged because of lack of potable water, cramped
temporary shelters and overcrowding. They have been blaming the Aquinos
administration for the sluggish response on the situation. There are many
reasons of delay in rehabilitation factors that caused sluggish rehabilitation
of Yolanda-hit-areas under Aquino administration; but the foremost factors
are government, politics, and land or space.
