in three segments: Rental Uniforms and Ancillary Products, Uniform Direct Sales, First Aid Safety and Fire
Protection Services.

!Senior Vice President (2009-2014)

Built and lead a newly created Cintas division of key corporate departments: Safety and Health, Engineering,
Centralized Fleet Management, Quality Assurance, Productivity Initiatives, Six Sigma, Hospitality Segment
Operations and Service Training and Development Programs.
Reduced injury rates by over 55% and lost workday case rate by 52% over 5 years.
Improved OSHA compliance/safety audit scores from 68% to 99.6%.
