On 20.02.2014 a sealed parcel with specimen seal was
received in the office of FSL. The same was examined by me from
11.03.2014to27.03.2014.TheparcelwasfoundhavingthesealsofRM
and VSS. The seals were found intact and tallied as per forwarding
authority specimen seals. The parcel was opened and was found
containingwhitepowderymaterialandonexaminationbyme,thesame
wasfoundcocaine.Thedetailsofexaminationisasunder:
Onchemical,TLC,GCandGCMSexamination,exhibit'A'
wasfoundtocontain'cocaine'22.4%.
After examination the remnants of the exhibits were re
sealed with the seal of LRS FSL DELHI. The detailed report of
